RS Components, the trading brand of Electrocomponents plc, FTSE 250, highly successful, multi-award winning global company with revenues of over £1 billion is seeking to recruit Customer Service Agent with Czech and English, based in Warsaw.
As Customer Service Agent you will have an opportunity to join our team of high performing, engaged, multilingual Customer Service Agents that influence customers while building long term relationships and are pivotal in providing the high level service RS is known for.
You will work in our center for Eastern Europe providing multi-channel support to our customers using modern tools: phone, email, online, live chat to process orders, maintain customer data and capture and handle any customer enquiries and complaints in an efficient and effective manner. You will be working in multinational environment, cooperating and liaising with other departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance in Poland, Germany and the UK.
As Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for resolving any customer issues in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with best practice as well as answering inbound customer calls and capturing sales opportunities. You will be processing orders by phone, fax, e-mail and letter while providing an excellent customer service experience to our customers.
Pożądane umiejętności i kompetencje
To be successful as Customer Service Agent you will be fluent in Czech and communicative in English. Excellent telephone, communication, interpersonal and computer skills are essential as is the ability to adapt to the changing environment within the department. Previous experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or over the phone is a plus.
