Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality customer service that exceeds the customers’ expectations
  • Deliver efficient troubleshooting
  • Assist customers with finding solutions through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer escalations within agreed timeline
  • Meet deadlines with a fast paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken Czech (C1/native speaker)
  • Very good command of English language (B2)
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
  • Comfortable working in an technical environment with general computer literacy
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Self-motivation to meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • Ability to work individually and part of a team
