Helpdesk Consultant
– Czech Speaker
Place of work: Warszawa
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high quality customer service that exceeds the customers’ expectations
- Deliver efficient troubleshooting
- Assist customers with finding solutions through various communication channels
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer escalations within agreed timeline
- Meet deadlines with a fast paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken Czech (C1/native speaker)
- Very good command of English language (B2)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
- Comfortable working in an technical environment with general computer literacy
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Self-motivation to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Ability to work individually and part of a team
