  • Handle outgoing and incoming calls to profitably sell PF Concept products and services for the allocated mid- and small customers
  • Handing over orders with all relevant information to Customer Service
  • Provide telephone support supporting fellow ISH and contributing to team sales and margin objectives
  • To manage internal customer databases in CRM and ensure all records are current and updated

Skills required:

  • Influencing customer buying decisions
  • Ability to identify and work with relevant business resources at Customer Service, Account Management, Trading, Finance
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities according to sales opportunities
  • Excellent negotiating skills with a strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Solid communication and active listening skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate collectively
  • Attention to detail

Education & Experience:

  • Educated to mid-level in business or related field
  • Previous experience in a structured telesales and/or customer service environment
  • High activity KPI background
  • Experience of selling a portfolio of products with related services
  • Successfully delivering targets consistently in a very competitive market place
  • Operating in a highly competitive, dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent with MS Office and CRM

Customer Service

Key responsibilities:

  • Selling the PF Concept product portfolio and services in order to meet sales and GPM targets
  • Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed plans
  • Plan to make sure all daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are met
  • Proactive identification, targeting and acquiring of new business as agreed
  • Proactive development of existing customers; delivering and maximizing sales opportunities by offering customers product solutions covering their needs
  • Fluent in English and Czech, both verbally and written
